Swimtopia Remember to sign into Swimtopia and sign up for this weekend's meet, events and volunteering. Instructions are repeated below. Please reach out if you have any questions. This video might video help.

If you haven't signed into Swimtopia, when you try to log in the first time, select Forgot Password and reset your password.  With your new password, you should be able to log into features that allow you to sign up for meets and to volunteer.  You do not need to purchase an app or use a code.  

This Saturday - 1st Meet. Our first meet is this weekend against 5Parks. Even if you don't attend practice, please join us. If you can't make this week's meeting, still go to Meets and Events > Signup Calendar >> May 31 Meet Entry . Here you can let the coaches know that you won't be attending this week's meet. 

General Meet Details - the following routine applies to most meets.

• Sign up (or opt out) by Wednesday at 5 pm.
• Wednesday/ Thursday coaches organize relays; merge with information from competing teams.
• Friday - meet details (swimmer event number are available online or will be distributed by email)
• Saturday Meet Day Home meets/ Warm up at 6 am. Away meets 6:30; Meets start at 7 am.

First; on Friday - all levels start at 7:30 and finish at 8:45. Swimmers get donuts after practice. If you can volunteer to bring some, please volunteer on Swimtopia (Meets and Events > Signup Calendar > Donut Friday May 30th. )

- Come early - all groups. This week, if you are in DPS and swimming in the White or Yellow group and want to swim before school starts, feel free to come to practice at 6:30. The coaches will lead you in an appropriate practice.

If you registered before May 10 but did not make the pre season party, you can pick them up at practice. For later registering members, a second order will be going in shortly.

- If you ordered suits in the first batch (before May 13th) , I will have them at practice on Friday and the meet on Saturday. Hopefully, the second batch will arrive next week. If you joined our team more recently - don't worry. Your kid can wear any suit. If you want to match the rest of the team - find a royal blue suit.

Official Training June 5th.

Interested in becoming an official? There will be a training for new officials on June 5th at Green Mountain.  If you can't make it, please let me know.

Join us Thursday, June 5, 7-9 PM at Green Mountain Swim Club for a training session for new officials. Returning officials can participate as well. The first hour will be classroom-style, followed by in-water demos with swimmers. Please RSVP to Doug Felton at [email protected] if you plan to attend, including your cell number. I'll text if weather causes a cancellation.
